We currently ship from three warehouse locations: the United States, China, and South Korea. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Shipping and Processing times.

Any items not received within 14 weeks qualify for a full refund or reship immediately. The customer has to reach out to us to have a refund for the order that has not been delivered within 14 weeks. Otherwise, we will reship the order,

Due to Coronavirus(COVID-19) outbreak, your delivery time might be extended up to extra 5-12 days. Delivery times are extended due to lack of flights and problems at the customs. Please be patient.

Products that ships from the United States only delivers within all regions of the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping for these products, but we are working on changing this limitation. Returns Policy

Customers satisfaction is our aim. All items are all strictly checked before shipping out. But damages on one or two parcels happen sometimes. Please kindly contact us before any impulsive negative reviews or disputes.

Our policy lasts 7 days.

If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

1. Returns will be accepted only for damaged/defective/wrong products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging; 

2. If the item arrives with damage, please kindly send us clear photos of the damage within 3 days after successful delivery at sales@poshimart.com; Our professional service will offer you the best solutions;

3. We accept return or exchange if buyers do not satisfy with our item, but the shipping cost is non-refundable without quality problems;

4. All products that are on sale are not eligible for returns or exchange. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned; such as pre-ordered goods. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RETURN/REFUND: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In addition, the shipping cost paid at the time you placed your order is non-refundable. Also, all returns/refunds will attract a handling fee of 12.5% of the total sales price. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

Note you are responsible for all shipping charges. If your purchase included free shipping, then the shipping charges will be deducted from your return.

In situations where your order has arrived at its country's and province destination and you are asked to come p due to a certain contingency that restrains delivery to your chosen location (i.e your address is a remote area). Note that a full refund cannot be made to you if you disregard this request and fail to p your items. All DHL trips are calculated as valid and the shipping fee is nonrefundable in this instance.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@poshimart.com 

Only r items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
