The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Shipping and Processing times.

Any items not received within 14 weeks qualify for a full refund or reship immediately. The customer has to reach out to us to have a refund for the order that has not been delivered within 14 weeks. Otherwise, we will reship the order,

Due to Coronavirus(COVID-19) outbreak, your delivery time might be extended up to extra 5-12 days. Delivery times are extended due to lack of flights and problems at the customs. Please be patient.

Products that ships from the United States only delivers within all regions of the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping for these products, but we are working on changing this limitation. Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Poshimart. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options in case you need to return a product.

Customers satisfaction is our aim. All items are all strictly checked before shipping out. But damages on one or two parcels happen sometimes. Please kindly contact us before any impulsive negative reviews or disputes.

Returns and Exchanges: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@poshimart.com with your order details. Our policy allows for returns within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We will gladly issue a replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged or broken. Additionally, if you have purchased route package protection, it will also cover lost items.

Return Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to process. After processing, we will initiate the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate, depending on your preferred refund method. Please note that returns not received by our return center within 15 days of creating the return label will be automatically closed in our system. If your return has not been shipped or processed by the return center within 15 days of creating your return label, please contact us at hello@poshimart.com.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser or as a gift certificate. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your payment account.

If you are issued an email gift certificate, it may take up to 48 hours to arrive in your inbox. For post mail gift certificates, delivery usually takes 2-6 business days.Please note that refunds are only issued for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping.

In addition, return refunds for PayPal transactions can be issued within 30 days of purchase. For transactions older than 12 months, a check will be issued to the purchaser. If the original payment card has been canceled, expired, or closed, a check will also be issued to the purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that we suspect to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive. In such cases, no returns will be granted.
