If 15 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1 Returns will be accepted only for damaged/defective/wrong products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging;

MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RETURN/REFUND: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
Note you are responsible for all shipping charges. If your purchase included free shipping, then the shipping charges will be deducted from your return.
In situations where your order has arrived at its country's and province destination and you are asked to come p due to a certain contingency that restrains delivery to your chosen location (i.e your address is a remote area). Note that a full refund cannot be made to you if you disregard this request and fail to p your items. All DHL trips are calculated as valid and the shipping fee is nonrefundable in this instance.
